Catcouver Cat Sitting Co. is dedicated to ensuring excellence in the care of my cat(s) and my home; however, I understand that harm to my cat and/or my home could occur in my absence.
I agree to release from liability Catcouver Cat Sitting Co. and employees of Catcouver Cat Sitting Co. should my cat die, or become lost, sick, or injured during the period of supervision by Catcouver Cat Sitting Co. Likewise, I release from liability Catcouver Cat Sitting Co. should my home suffer any damage including, but not limited to, damage caused by vandalism, theft, water, fire, pets, etc., while Catcouver Cat Sitting Co. is providing services to me. This includes interruption of service if Catcouver Cat Sitting Co. cannot make a scheduled visit because of weather or other uncontrollable events. However, damage caused by obvious or proven negligence, omission or default by the employees of Catcouver Cat Sitting Co. is the responsibility of Catcouver Cat Sitting Co.
I am aware that if my assigned employee is unable to make a scheduled visit, another employee will be sent in her/his place. I will be notified of this as soon as possible.
I grant permission to Catcouver Cat Sitting Co. to act on my behalf, and in my cat’s best interest, by obtaining veterinary care should she/he deem it necessary for the health and well-being of my cat. I confirm that I have discussed my wishes with Catcouver Cat Sitting Co. should my cat become seriously ill or injured. I agree to pay for or reimburse the cost of all veterinary services provided to Catcouver Cat Sitting Co. and employees.
I confirm that my cat does not suffer from any illness, condition, or aggressiveness which has not been brought to the attention of Catcouver Cat Sitting Co.
Furthermore, I have read, and agree to, Catcouver Cat Sitting Co.’s payment, cancellation, and refund policies.
